The tavern is comprised of a large, dark room in which, more often than not, too many people hang out in. An old cart wheel is fastened to the ceiling by chains, and the candles on it envelop the room in an eerie glow. Normally, you find players, pocket thieves, and throat slicers here, as well as an occasional rich citizen whose lust for adventure in the lowland has brought him here.

The Tavern is where you can accept quests and get information about accepted quests.


Story[]

Starting a story costs you 3 APs but you will not have to spend any more during the adventure. You will experience various situations in which you must make choices of which action to take among those provided. Your actions determine the results you will get. Some actions have fixed results but you can succeed or fail taking others. If you succeed, you will receive a ramdom number of coins and maybe experience points. If you fail you will get no coins nor EP and even a random amount of vitality damage. But all actions (except "carrying on walking") increase 1/2 certain aspects by 3/6 points (and related aspects by 1/2 points).

  • Make some valuable booty - Man hunt
  • Look for a better path - 1 HUMAN

  • Mislead - 1 CORRUPTION

After 40 situations, you can choose to end the story or to spend another 3 APs and continue the adventory for 40 more situations.

When in the progress of playing a story , you are unable to fight in the Grotto or against other players as well as to go on the man hunt. If you wish to use these features, you will need to end the story.

  • You can accept a maximum of 3 missions
  • Every mission over the 3 that is accepted, costs 5 Hellstones
  • You can have a maximum of 2 missions with the same target
  • You can finish a maximum of 2 missions per day
  • Every additional mission that you wish to finish, will cost you 1 Hellstones
  • Failed missions also need to be finished
  • Canceling a mission costs 2 Hellstones
  • At 00:00, new missions are generated for non-accepted and finished missions

Target[]

  • Kill a certain number of demons in the Grotto (a particular type might be required, no deadline)
  • Attain a certain number of PvP victories (only opponents having higher battle values than yours are accepted, must be accomplished within a certain deadline)

  • 100% vitality restoration
